A runny nose!!!

Today, I have been to have a runny nose from the morning. Recentiy, it has been to contitue very hot night, so when I go to bed, I put on air conditioner. But, yesterday, I forgot to put off air conditioner. So, when I woke up in the morning, I felt my room very cold and have a runny nose. I would like to heal it as fast as possible, but it is very hot night nowadays, so I can't go to sleep without air conditioner. What do I do for healing a runny nose? Ah, my god!!
